Tide Pools

In the morning when the tide is low, the tide pools around Haystack Rock are quite incredible.  A few mornings, we went to the rock before breakfast so the kids could check out the marine life.  This was quite a highlight of the week.

 There were probably hundreds of starfish all over the rocks.

 On the mile-long walk back from the rock, Haylee insisted on pushing Mitchell.  My dad and Bryan supervised.
