We took a hike last Saturday, one of our favorite Saturday morning pastimes as a family. This hike was a little extra special because we hiked along a trail that winds right behind the HOUSE we are BUYING! The backyard of this house is a forested hillside that makes it secluded and private. Needless to say, we're pretty excited! The inspection went well, so we're looking forward to closing toward the end of October. In this first picture, you can see a glimpse of the house from the hillside. Yes, it's an awesome teal blue color. :) But, that can be changed easily.
I just thought this picture was funny because HJ and I have the same expression on our faces. :)

So fun that you have woods right behind your new house! I loved having that growing up :). Many memories to be made there as a family, I'm sure!

Ooooo I cant wait to see pics of the new place and congrats! That looks like an awesome trail to have right in your back yard!
